At Face & Eye you will be operated on only by one of our consultant surgeons of your choice, not by a visiting surgeon as is so often the case elsewhere. All of our surgeons also hold substantive consultant posts in the NHS.
Your Face & Eye surgeon will be available for further consultations after surgery - this aftercare is not delegated to nursing staff.
It is also important to know that all conscious sedation anaesthetic care at Face & Eye is provided by consultant anaesthetists who also hold substantive consultant posts in the NHS, and that our theatre nurses are senior, experienced and ophthalmic trained.
