Wavefront-guided laser treatment
At Face & Eye we are not simply a laser centre but a comprehensive ophthalmic practice. That means we work with you to identify the very best procedure for your eyes and lifestyle. With this aim, we introduced Wavefront-guided custom laser treatment in 2002. Although LASIK and LASEK surgery are both very safe, some patients have a more complex profile due to their pupil size, large refractive error, considerable higher order aberrations, a need for re-treatment or concerns over night vision. For these patients we may recommend Wavefront-guided treatment, as it allows the surgeon to better accommodate the unique characteristics of your eyes. At your consultation we will advise you on which procedure we feel is best for you.
