Amanda Baker RGN INP
Amanda is a Registered General Nurse, who has a background in nursing that spans over 30 years.She gained enormous experience in many specialities as an Operating Theatre Nurse and later as an Operating Theatre Sister for trauma and emergency surgery. She is a fully qualified anaesthetics nurse supporting and assisting our consultant anaesthetists in our clinic operating theatre.

After developing an interest in Aesthetic Medicine, Amanda has undertaken further studies and undergone training in this field. Over the course of the last 7 years she years she has developed her skills as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. She undertakes Botox injections, dermal filler injections, Pelleve, medical microdermabrasion, superficial skin peels, and IPL treatments. She has also successfully completed the nurse prescriber's course.
Over the past fifteen years Amanda has also spent time studying a variety of alternative medicines. She is a Gendai Reiki Shihan and she teaches Reiki and other various healing modalities, combining this knowledge and training with her other skills as a nurse practitioner.
It is with great passion and enthusiasm that Amanda approaches her work. Her mission is to ensure a unique and positive experience, and to create a safe, caring environment, while offering a professional service to every client.

Gaynor Ritchie RGN
Gaynor trained as a staff nurse over 20 years ago. She has extensive experience of a wide range of nursing specialities but gained most of her experience at the Alexandra Hospital, Cheadle, caring for pre and post operative general surgical and day case surgery patients.
At the young age of 40 with a grown family, Gaynor was able to dedicate more time to her career. She began a full time beauty therapy course and achieved a Level 3 qualification, giving her extensive training in skin therapies including peels, microdermabrasions and anti ageing treatments.

Gaynor worked at an established aesthetic clinic with a good reputation and qualified as a laser technician gaining experience in YAG laser technology. She became proficient and knowledgeable, especially in laser hair removal.
Having treated many patients over a number of years with hair growth problems, Gaynor has benefited from seeing brilliant results and has an excellent understanding of this speciality.
Gaynor joined the Face & Eye team 2008, and has been able to combine her nursing experience with her extensive laser knowledge and experience. She has become very proficient at Pellevė treatment.

Sudha Fannon RGN
Sudha's initial interests, after qualifiying as a registered nurse in Liverpool, were in midwifery. She became a Sister at Stepping Hill Hospital in charge of the Labour Ward. Subsequently, her interests changed in the direction of plastic surgery, and she became Sister to the largest private plastic surgery practice in the North of England.

With the advent of non-invasive techniques in facial rejuvenation, she undertook extensive training with experts in the field to gain an in-depth understanding of these techniques. She has continued to attend regular update courses to stay at the forefront of the various techniques, which she uses in her own practice, as well as continuing in her role as Sister-in-Charge in the Department of Plastic Surgery in a local private hospital. Sudha brings a lot of experience and expertise to Face & Eye.
