As you are aware, she was petrified after the horrendous way she was dealt with at Bolton Royal Hospital, and dreaded having her second eye operated on. As it has turned out, it was well worth the family getting out the 'Rainy Day Fund' and visiting your clinic - we were delighted.
Each member of staff showed only kindness, especially with her advanced arthritic condition, and as she was in and out in no time. With the after care the difference is impossible to describe. We have even recommended you to a friend !!
