“I no longer have to wear glasses or contact lenses”

“After 35 years of wearing glasses with a very high prescription I made an appointment to see Mr Ikram with a view to having laser surgery. I finally decided to have the clear lens extraction surgery with multi-focal implants as I felt this would be more beneficial to my needs. Each eye was operated on separately within a couple of weeks of each other, the surgery took just over 30 minutes, it was not painful just uncomfortable.
The next day when I was able to remove the dressing I was able to see clearly, immediately, and I went back to work within 3 days. I now no longer have to wear glasses or contact lenses at all (NOT even for reading!), and I can say without hesitation the care and support I received from the consultation till after the operation was excellent.”
