Since I was five I have had really bad eye sight. My mum asked me did I see that plane? The answer was no. I wore glasses that were really thick. I paid a lot of money to have the glass thinned down so that they didn't look like milk bottle bottoms and from the age of fifteen I wore contact lenses. After going to the optometrists to have my eyes tested I found that I had a cataract which led me to Mr Ikram at Face & Eye where the customer service I received from the reception to the surgeon was excellent. (I did try another place which made me feel like I was on a supermarket conveyor belt).
This was a life changing operation for me and since I have had this procedure I found that you don't have to have cataracts to have this procedure done.
If there is anyone out there who is thinking about this procedure I would recommend it. Its the best thing to wake up in the morning and see straight away, not reaching out for your glasses. I would recommend going to see Mr Ikram at this clinic first because the treatment you receive is first class (home from home) and any questions you have that your forget when you first meet are always answered by phone or email, and you need to feel that trust with everyone who is dealing with your eyesight.
