I am writing to let you know how happy I am with the results of the recent operations carried out by yourself, and wanted to thank you and the rest of the team for the treatment provided. Whilst the physical results of your efforts are normally easy to identify, I do wonder whether you appreciate the huge difference your treatment makes to a patient’s everyday lives. I know that in my case it has made a massive difference in ways I’d not imagined and I find it hard to explain to everyone just how much better I feel and not just cosmetically. Furthermore, some of my friends say I look years younger, so thanks you for that also!! Over the years my mother and father have always commented on how professional you and the team have been and, just as important, how caring everyone has been whilst treating my mother. I too have now experienced this considerate and professional approach first hand and I’m certain that I couldn’t have been treated any better, so please accept my thanks and pass my appreciation to all the staff.
